How much is the shipping cost within Singapore?

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for Standard Shipping within Singapore. Standard Shipping charges are SGD 7, but delivery is complimentary when you order more than SGD 80.

Scheduled delivery of e.g. the Children Gift Bags or Gift Sets to a school or a venue on a specific date and time is available for $35. This can be selected during check out for up to 3 months in advance and within 2-hour delivery time slots. This is available for all other orders as well.

 

What is the expected delivery time for my order?

All standard orders will be packed and shipped within 2 working days. Delivery will be attempted within 3 to 5 working days.

 

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

 

I need my order urgently or at specific delivery time and date. Can that be arranged?

That is possible! Just indicate a specific date and time you would like the order delivered. As this does require an express courier service, an additional fee of $35 will apply.

 

Can delivery be made to my child’s school or birthday venue directly?

Yes! Please select scheduled delivery and indicate the school/venue address in the shipping address.

 

Can I edit or cancel my order?

All orders are final once you have placed them. You will not be able to amend orders, combine orders or change delivery options. Please ensure all shipping information (including postal code and unit number) is accurate. If any of the information you provide is incorrect, we shall not be liable if it is lost.

 

I have received a defective item, can you help me?

The quality of our products is something we guarantee.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Please email us at hello@twodutchboys.sg with a picture of the defect as soon as possible (within 2 days of receiving the shipment).
  2. If we have confirmed that a product is defective, we will arrange for the defective item(s) to be picked up and returned to us.

 

As soon as we have received and accepted the returned item(s), a replacement will be sent. In cases where the item becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued to you.

If the item shows signs of wear and tear, or brand tags removed, we will not be able to provide an exchange or refund.

 

My package’s status reads “delivered,” but I didn’t get it. What happened?

Please contact us at hello@twodutchboys.sg and kindly check that all shipping information (both postal code and unit number) and contact number provided are accurate. In cases which any of the information provided is incorrect, we’ll try our best to work with our courier partner to retrieve the package. However, shall not be liable if it is lost.

If all shipping information (both postal code and unit number) and contact number provided are all accurate, we’ll inform our courier partner to start an investigation. A re-delivery may be attempted in the next 1-3 working days. Upon confirmation of lost mail by the courier partner, we will process your replacement or refund within 30 working days of your purchase.
