Exchange

The quality of our products is something we guarantee.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Please email us at hello@twodutchboys.sg with a picture of the defect as soon as possible (within 2 days of receiving the shipment).
  1. If we have confirmed that a product is defective, we will arrange for the defective item(s) to be picked up and returned to us.

As soon as we have received and accepted the returned item(s), a replacement will be sent. In cases where the item becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued to you. If the item shows signs of wear and tear, or brand tags removed, we will not be able to provide an exchange or refund. We are unable to process any refunds or exchange for products purchased under ‘Sale’.

 

Refund

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product that is the last piece we have available. Please contact us at hello@twodutchboys.sg and we will be glad to assist you! Upon confirmation of product defect, we will process your exchange or refund within 30 working days of your purchase. We will not be able to provide an exchange or refund if the item shows signs of normal wear and tear. Any refunds will be credited back to you using your original payment method, e.g. PayPal, online credit or credit card.
